Tuva Sørheim was only 15 when her family was forced to evacuate their home on Vorarlberg in the Rassalhague Republic. They became refugees of the Clan War, finally settling down on Outreach, where they barely made a living in janitorial services.

Angry and confused, Tuva initially took out her aggression on the streets of Outreach. Eventually, after a meeting with a youth counselor, she was redirected toward the OTMC and awarded a scholarship given out to the children of refugees. After graduating, she was quickly recruited by the Company. In part, she was attracted to the organization because of their recent successful foray against the clans. She was less pleased to discover that several clan bondsmen were now serving with the Company.

Sørheim is in more control of her temper now, but it simmers just under the surface even on the best of days.
