Tibalt Tsao hails from the planet of Nanking in the Federated Suns. He is the son of a greengrocer, but was able to earn admittance to the Kittery Training Battalion followed by a billet with the Nanking Sarna March Militia. However, tensions in the March Militia were high and Tibalt’s last name caused much suspicion to be directed his way. Feeling that he could not trust his compatriots, he left the Nanking SMM and came to Outreach to join a mercenary command. He was taken on by the Company after the conclusion of their Caph contract in 3058.
