Christopher Theophanous is a native of Atreus in the Free Worlds League. His family traces their ancestry back to some of the original founders of Atreus and League. The Theophanous’s were once a clan of noble mechwarriors, but were dispossessed early in the Succession Wars and lost their noble title generations ago. Christopher grew up with the legends of his ancestors, but was rejected from all of the academies in the League. Undaunted, he traveled to Outreach and worked on and off at the OTMC to complete his training while working any jobs he could manage. He was actually hired initially in an administrative position at the Company’s Outreach office before anyone took notice of his mechwarrior abilities. A fortuitious meeting with Colonel Ferrer earned him a billet when the Company was expanding after the Comstar operation.

Theophanous is soft-spoken and almost meek in personal interactions.
